The Choir Don Bleu is not only known and infamous for its beautiful sounds. Time and again, it captivates its audiences with the witty lyrics and quirky compositions of its songs.
No less impressive and surprising are the whimsical choreographies and moderations with which the choir brings its programs to the stage.
The choir takes a sonorous stance on the deeper questions of life and current social issues. In addition to full-length concert programs, it can also occasionally be seen as a stage choir in theater productions.

The Don Bleu choir is part of the Blaumeier-Atelier.

The Blaumeier-Atelier is an inclusive cultural project and has been offering artistic activities for people with and without disabilities and/or psychiatric experience in the fields of theater, painting, music, mask theater and photography for 39 years. There are 13 permanent employees who run the studio as a collective and identify strongly with it. Choir singing, recitals, evergreens and theater music: whether on or off stage – music always plays a significant role at Blaumeier! Making music together in various formations – whether in the studio in action, in the choir or in a band – is essential at Blaumeier.
