Participation fees for the attendance event in Bremen
Participation fee for members:
140 € for registration and payment by 11.04.2025, for later registrations 170 €.
(for members of the associations’ BIB, DBV*, VDB, ALA, ALBAD, Bibliosuisse, BVÖ, BVS, VÖB)
Only personal members receive a member discount, not employees of a library that is in turn a member of an umbrella organisation. To verify your membership, please enter your membership number in the online registration form.
*DBV: 1 person per member library can register for the reduced fee for members.

Participation fee for non-members:
285 € if registered and paid by 11.04.2025, for later registrations 325 €.

Participation fee for reduced participants**:
75 € for registration and payment by 11.04.2025, for later registrations 85 €.
Trainees, students (also of part-time courses of study), participants in professional training courses, trainee lawyers, job-seekers and pensioners are eligible for a reduced fee.
**A certificate valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event must be submitted with the registration.
Day tickets are again available for the Congress:
Day ticket for members: 95 € for registration and payment until 11.04.2025, afterwards 110 €.
Day ticket for non-members: 160 € if registered and paid for by 11.04.2025, 175 € thereafter.
Day ticket for reduced participants**: 45 € for registration and payment until 11.04.2025, afterwards 50 €.
**A certificate for the reduced fee – valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event – must be submitted with the registration.
There is no ticket for the public transport included in the registration fees.
Participation fees for purely virtual streaming participation
Streaming will take place from three lecture rooms. You can follow the streams and post comments and questions live to the session moderator.
The streams will also be available as recordings from the next day until the end of the year. The recordings are generally only available to registered participants.
The following reduced fees apply for exclusive participation in this streaming:
Participation fee for members: 90 €
Participation fee for non-members: 180 €
Participation fee for reduced participants**: 50 €.
**A certificate for the reduced fee – valid at the time of registration and for the duration of the event – must be submitted with the registration.
Streaming is included for all participants in the face-to-face event.
