In the course of the increased international orientation of the Library Congress and the promotion of exchange with colleagues from the international specialist community, some of the lectures will be held in English. Please note that individual presentations announced with German-language titles or abstracts may also be held in English.

Use of the online session planner

The planner provides you with an overview of all sessions on the selected congress days and their content. It is easy and intuitive to use.

  • Please note that you must be logged in to save your personal calendar. To do this, click on Log in in the menu bar on the left.
  • To view session content, please click on the desired session to open a window with the content and individual presentations.
  • By clicking on the favorites icon (top right corner) within a window, you can add the selected session(s) to your personal session plan.
  • Saved favorites can be displayed via the left menu bar – Favorites. Special feature: You can download your appointments as a PDF file and print them out and/or enter them directly into your calendar.
  • You can show and hide individual days, session types and/or rooms via the left-hand column. This allows you to filter the programme according to your interests.
  • There is also a search field in the left-hand column which you can use to easily find individual content.
  • You can also log in to the congress app later with this user profile and thus have access to your favorites and dates.

Streaming

There will be live streams from the three lecture rooms ‘Hanse Saal’, ‘Kaisen Saal’ und ‘Halle 4.1 / Saal IV’.
You can follow the streams and send comments and questions live to the moderator, who can add them to the session. The streams will also be available as recordings from the next day.
The streams are available to all registered participants via the conference app.
